  : Great location, exceedingly clean amenities, on-site gallery a plus.
  : Front desk staff was aloof throughout. Informed me they’d charge my card upon arrival, charged extra so I had to go back downstairs to inquire. Was told it was a deposit & it was only then I was told there were refreshments for purchase behind the desk? Just tell someone if you’re going to charge a different amount than what’s in writing. No amenities offered/ mentioned as available except spa water- not even an ice machine. Room was darker than I’d like and both toilet paper holders were broken. Was right across from the elevator, so that incessant chatter and associated chiming was an added bonus. When I checked out, the staff member did not even ask me if I’d enjoyed my stay; isn’t that hospitality 101?

  : This property was clean and comfortable.
  : The staff seems very unfamiliar with policy practice around using booking.com to book as a third party trip adviser. The front desk asked for an additional card to put on file because I did not have the card that was provided to them by booking. Which was probably booking.coms card. The front desk keep trying to charge my bank when they already had a card on file provided by booking.com which had already charged my account to pay for the room. I am currently waiting for a manger to email me around this issue. Seems like some form of miscommunication around check out in/out practices. They should have only asked for my ID to confirm who I was at check in and nothing further. Seems a bit excessive in my opinion.

  : TV in adjoining room very loud all evening and well after midnight. Guest would not turn it down. Management called and requested he turn it down. He did not. Management offered a quiet room on another floor that we eventually moved to after midnight. I guess the management did all they could to get the guest to turn down the TV, but we did loose sleep and our stay was not as pleasant as previous visits.Also, the remote did not work unless we were one foot from the sensor on the TV. Desk did not have new batteries handy, and even when they took some from the lounge TV remote, it did not fix the problem. This is the second of 4 stays when we had unfixable problems with the remote. The remotes should be quickly checked by housekeeping to ensure they are operating properly before they leave each room after cleaning.

  : It was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. Checking in and out was a breeze.
  : My only complaint would be that the bathroom needs more light in the shower area.

  : Nice downtown location. Attached restaurant was very good and convenient. would recommend.
  : No pool towels available. A quick breakfast coffee muffins juice in lobby would be nice.
