  : The location was good, easy access to shopping and dining. The staff at check-in seemed a bit irritated as there were 3 parties in line waiting to check in and she was having issues with one of the customers because according to her they had already checked in and checked out. Needless to say they were quite upset to find this out. The wifi was a big disappointment, difficult to get on, returning error messages and once connected the speed was not adequate to watch videos. In addition, the lobby has no amenities like gifts, postcards or souvenirs. No room service! The housekeeping staff did not clean the room, but removed the wet towels and did not replace them. They left us with one bath towel for 2 people.
  : Upgrade the WIFI, provide some amenities in the lobby. Tell housekeeping to replace towels if they removed them.

  : Communication between front desk and housekeeping as I had a late check out but housekeeping still knocked on my door around 11:45 am stating I was suppose to be out 11am but I had a 12:30 scheduled check out and stated they didnt know
