  : The hallways were warm and muggy, hallway carpets were gross. The shower was yuck and the pool was under repair

  : We selected because of the location, which was extremely convenient for where we needed to be for our weekend.
  : Hotel in midst of re-brand to Sonesta and under renovation-not clear when we booked. Hotel staff was very nice, but on 80+ degree day, no A/C on main level, little in room. Room was just passable, barely used the bathroom, checked out in am.

  : ROOMS ARE FILLED WITH MOLD
  : Didn’t like that I couldn’t breathe through my stay. Starting to get sick. Notice a strong smell of mold after severe headaches.. pull back the wall paper the walls are filled with mold!!

  : The beds were fine.
  : There was a maintenance cart on our room when we checked in, which we were told to wheel out to the hallway (no other room as available). This was after the front desk clerk had released our reservation & had to rebook us at check-in (we had talked to the manager on the phone to explain that our flights were running very late & he assured us our room wouldn’t be given away). When we asked for extra towels, it took 45+ minutes for them to arrive, and they wanted our used towels in exchange (!!!!). The hotel is old & run down & maybe in a state of transition, so hopefully it’ll get better, but it was frustration after frustration, and we were not left feeling happy about the stay.

  : Beautiful king room. Location. Staff was pleasant. AC in room worked perfect.
  : AC in the building/hallways were not working. The staff was sweating and sad to see.
