  : I like the rooms but didnt get what we paid for. The staff was very friendly.
  : They had nice rooms but I pre paid in advance for 2 conjoined rooms and they did not give me the rooms i paid for. Instead we had to sleep down the hall from each other, which i booked in plenty advance. I even called 2 days prior and they said everything was good to go with us, but when I got there they said they had none left, which I didnt understand at all. This was the 2nd time that had happened to us at this hotel. They told me they had just received my reservation that I booked and prepaid for 3 months prior and called 2 days prior to make sure. Weve have been here 3 times and its always a room issue. First time we got wrong room. We were supposed to be in the 4 bed room and we got conjoining rooms, the second time we got the right room and it was the 4 bed room but it was dark and dirty and the air conditioner didnt work and the third time i prepaid for conjoined rooms in months advance and got 2 rooms down the hall from eachother. Other than this issue with the rooms they have, the rest was good.

  : The location was perfect for me. That's why I chose it. Unfortunately, it was the other circumstances that weren't right.
  : Unfortunately, the fitness room was not what is shown in the booking.com photos. Everything was incomplete and partially defect. I did not understand the room cleaning system. Sometimes they came, sometimes not.

  : Little out dated, rooms could just be rearranged for a bigger space. Also adding tables and chairs and lose the desk in the rooms mom with kids and had a family room, would have loved a kitchen table or couch

  : My bathroom had water running out of light fixture .my bed mattress had a big dip in it.not comfortable and hot tub had to much chlorine it burned my legs and sinus
