  : The elevator noise in our room, we were right next to the elevator apparently and that noise kept us up all night, it was terribly loud.

  : No security cameras outside and my motorcycle got stolen and nothing to help the police recover my motorcycle.

  : Made reservations 5-6 weeks in advance. When we showed up at 6pm the lobby was filled with irate customers because no rooms were available. Was told rooms are available but not cleaned. This is at 6pm. Check out is at 11 am. Management was hiding in the back room away from the irate customers and left the young new employees to fend for themselves. Completely unprofessional. Rooms not cleaned on a Saturday? Either the cleaning staff is short and being overworked or the management is treating them poorly and this was their way to get back at management. Regardless it still ends up being the most ridiculous management Ive ever seen. Oh almost forgot. I waited till someone opened the pool area door to get in to take a shower in the pool area which also had no hot water. Had tickets to a show at 7 pm. Cant make this up.
