  : The location, the front/main lobby decorations - there were still Christmas trees and other holiday decorations up and around the hotel. Also, the front desk staff, Diane, was the best and very helpful.
  : I did have to wait nearly 10 mins to get keys to our unit. When I arrived, there was no one there, so I went to the bathroom and came back and after several minutes, was greeted and checked in. A real bummer was the DVD player didnt work and by the time we found out, it was past 8 pm so no one was at the front desk.
