: The rooms are brand new and well done. I am a carpenter and will attest that the workmanship is top notch. No corners cut. Not too far from the Oakland airport.
: There is NOTHING in the immediate area as far as a place to eat. Repeat, nothing. Had to take an UBER to get breakfast.

: Very close to the freeway and San Leandro. Laundry mat next door.
: The hotel is under construction, it is very loud in the morning. When construction is finished it might be a better place. You can hear the water system when people use it and people walking if you're in a downstairs room. Its Ok for a budget rm.

: That it wasn't as filthy as it was outside. Noone said this room would be still under construction. The window was masked off as the stucco guys and family onlookers crowded the singlar hallway, they finally knocked off around six half the motel is comple
: The other half is a wreck that where my room was in the middle of a jobsite. So no this is not what I had in mind when I read Ted the room with no refunds and only half truths to go on. I have a very high tolerance for this kind of blunder

: Staff/owner was very nice and is clearly working hard to turn this property around. It is definitely a work in progress. The newly renovated rooms are clean.
: My room did not have the advertised microwave or wifi. The water in the shower was not very hot. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit tough. Certainly not an area where you want to go walking at night.

: The bathroom smelled rancid which I can kinda understand but for 140 a night and the fact that I found roaches in the freezer...bad for it.
