  : It's a beautiful old style home, very cozy
  : The oven doesn't work well and was smoking really bad when we were trying to cook. One of the fans in the living room makes a lot of noise when it's on. It also wasn't cleaned as good as it should be. But overall we made it work, it's a beautiful little old place and it was cozy.

  : Property is beautiful. Need to replace some of the porch boards as they are rotting out and install a handrail. We traveled with my 83 year old mother and it was a challenge getting her up and down thePorch stairs. There was a tenant above us . We expected some noise as you would with an tenant above you. What we didn’t expect was them fighting one night from 1 am till 340 am. I had contacted the property manager about a separate issue with this tenant and noise and frankly felt it got worse after that. The home was clean and has an excellent location to many restaurants downtown. Not sure I would rent this again, due to tenant above the apartment we rented having no respect for those below him.
