  : House itself was spacious, well-located, and most things worked. Nice spacious yard, privacy, porches and decks everywhere, outdoor shower, in-house washer/dryer and dishwasher. Check-in and out was easy as pie.
  : The window AC units were old and very loud, hard to sleep next to. If you want to have open windows instead to hear the ocean and catch a breeze, the screens were almost all torn, so mosquitoes came and ate us up at night. We patched the big tears with screen patches and duct tape, also had to put duct tape around the AC units, where big gaps in the sealing allowed in mosquitoes. Kitchen was fine, a few key items would make it a lot more functional: Hot mitts, a pair of tongs, a pitcher for drinks, a mixing bowl or two. I'd have bought them myself to leave for the next person but not for sale anywhere on the island I could find. Also, would be helpful to have a note in the house (not just on email somewhere) indicating how to deal with trash and recycling, and what the wifi password is.

  : The location and the provided beach chairs
  : Very uncomfortable beds, outdated property that looked dirty. Missing wagon at the ferry pier and not provided during the stay despite calling Vacasa three times.
