  : It was a very nice location, and being able to walk out to the beach. Plenty of room to relax
  : The one thing is the floors could have been cleaned better. We swept the floor the day we arrived. I understand with the sand, but it would have been nice to have a vacuum to use. Also, really to upgrade the toilets. They say low and would make it difficult for those with mobility issues

  : No key for the outside shower. Called Vacasa the day after my arrival and told them. They said they would have a team member call me when they dropped off. By day of departure, call was never received. Very disappointed. Shouldn't promise something if you can't follow through. Better instructions on how to operate the TV's. Could only get 3 channels. Beds were very very very uncomfortable. Definitely need replaced. Also could not start laundry on day of departure because there was no detergent.

  : Pictures shown in ad are not of this unit, 108. Maybe the other units are better, i dont know, this review is for unit 108 specifically.Old and dated unit, needs updating.There are plastic chairs instead of sofa chairs shown in picture.Mattresses are super thin and uncomfortable. Instead of bed stand, there are 2 small plastic stools.Ac units are are old , rusting and noisy, always keep running. It is ocean front , but no ocean view, only dunes.Being a ocean front property, there is an outdoor shower, to wash off sand before coming in, but it needs a key to operate. The unit didnt have the key so we couldnt use the facility.reported this to property manager couple times, but no results.They have locked the washer dryer unit and its not for guests to use, in case any one planning to visit for more than couple days, this needs to be kept in mind.

  : We walked into a very dirty room sand all over the floors stains all over the furniture the cable didnt work, all you could get a hold of is an automated person, then the day of our check out I had just hopped out of the shower at 9am mind you check out here is 10am and the people came to clean before we were even checked out but Im sure he got a nice display as I was naked when I opened the bathroom door not expecting anyone would be in my room just all around a terrible place to vacation.

  : The worst experience ever! I have been traveling for mamy years many countries and I have never had such a horrible experience.. I have never seen blood spots on bed covers. This was disgusting! I had to pay $250 for a night when we realized this horrible thing, We got there very late with 2 kids (4years old and 5 months old) and they wanted to sleep so that's why we decided to stay there because of them but we left the unit first thing in the morning. I strongly requested full reimbursement but they only reimburse me cleaning fee. This is a joke!! Horrible customers service!! Lori manager was very unhelpful ignored us completely.
