  : Good location. The suite was large.
  : The check in person was not mean but not welcoming. The suite had no shower toiletries, only 1 hand soap and lotion. There were 4 small bath towels for a room that sleeps 6. There was no oven or toaster oven. There were no serving bowls, cutting knives or cutting board. It was exactly 4 place settings with small glasses. There were 3 pots with lids. Thats it. 1 small garbage in the bathroom and 1 small garbage in the kitchen area with no extra garbage bags. There was no ice bucket. There were 2 pillows on each bed. No extra pillows or blankets. No bedding for the sleeper sofa. The hot tub was empty - no water. The pool was not heated. It was a rainy weekend so the indoor heated pool was a selling point for us. We were very disappointed. There were no pool towels. They gave us 2 tiny pool towels at the front desk because they hadnt done laundry. The bedrooms were really hot and the heat was off. The AC was only in the common area. The front door had no chain or safety lock. The door had no peep hole either. Breakfast - the coffee was great. There were bagels, toast, cereal and prepackaged danish and muffins. The hotel was clean and has potential but theyre missing the mark because of missing important details

  : Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The staff was not at all friendly. At times they randomly close the office and have no return time noted. We were told upon arrival that we would get a call when our room was ready. We are still waiting. Never came. We had no smoke alarm in our room . Only hanging wires and asked them at the front office. Nothing was done. Also, broken toilet paper holder and told them with no repair done. Also, black mold on the ceiling in the entry room. There was no room service for our entire 4 night stay. Clean towels were left hanging outside our room and that was the extent of our service. Also, hot tub was empty or broken and pool was closed. No one told us. When booking it said they were running. Very, very dissatisfying. Especially since we are regular visitors to Ogunquit.

  : Great location and pretty good stay for the price. Bathroom was very clean. I would stay again
