  : The location of the property is iconic and the main attraction in Oia.
  : During our last day stay, there was no hot water coming in pool and bathrooms, from eve to next morning during our checkout. So it was hard for us to take bath with cold water in morning and check out. Instead we opted not to take by bath with cold water, so as not to fall sick. I understand it was difficult for owner to fix it in eve's time, but we were expecting some kind of compensation for this, which we didn't receive.

  : Cannot beat the incredible view, and the villa was beautiful! The private upper sun deck and hot tub was such a great bonus to have.
  : Depending on the time of day, it was a little challenging to get to and from our villa as it is in a very popular area for pictures but worth it for the view we had. For our departure, the owner arranged a transfer to the airport, and a staff member was to escort us to the transfer area. Staff did not show up at the scheduled meeting time, and we made the way to the transfer area ourselves to discover we did not have a transfer. Luckily, another driver waiting was kind and called someone to pick us up. Worked out fine in the end, but the ordeal set us back an hour in getting to the airport.

  : The one room Villa has THE most amazing view to the domes!
  : There is a constant traffic of tourists wanting to take pictures. Many of them stand outside the gate to the Villa so privacy is non existing during long periods of the day.

  : Nick is an excellent host very professional and Alfred the Property Manager is very attentive. The service, facilities, amenities and security were all beyond excellent - 5 stars. As a couple we are recommending this place.
  : The only minor issue (indirectly related to this properly) we can think of was how the entire countrys plumbing in Greece cannot support toilet tissues to be flushed down the toilet

  : The porter, Alfred, was extremely helpful. The concierge also did an excellent job of arranging activities for us around the island. He was always prompt with his replies too. The room was very spacious, and the 3 full bathrooms was especially useful for our family of 4.
  : The location was very good as it was right next to the Blue Domes, but the downside of this was that getting to and from the room was challenging because of other tourists who would often come to the restricted area for taking pics. The breakfast delivery although on time was just ok. Food quality at the nearby restaurants was better.
