  : The reception by the lady owner; unusual decor; elevation: one escaped the heat.
  : I came with wife, 20 year old daughter & I am 75: from pictures on B.Com it seemed on one levelbut the double bed was up a steep, uneven almost spiral staircase - I could not sleep with wife (up in night, toilet downstairs? Would have killed myself?) but downstairs in single bed; daughter had to be with wife in doubleLuggage had to be dragged up 10 different stairs, in the night, on arrival

  : Lovely boutique well thought off rooms and nice gesture from the owner to have these little things in the kitchen like juice, some biscuits on arrival. Very comfortable room and decent view. Its technically not in Oia but very walkable distance from Oia.
  : There is not much around this property unless you walk all the way up to Oia centre (10-15 mins walk). There are two restaurants very highly priced and one small supermarket. We stayed for two nights and ended up eating from the same place both days (good food but expensive!) Not recommended to book the hotel offered commute from port/airport to the place. The guy who came for our pickup was pathetic. We requested for the drop to the nearest public hospital as I had to get some dressing done due to a small accident i met while in Greece. That guy was the worst we ever met in our lives and felt like had a gun to his head and been forced to pick us up. Dropped us to the hospital which was 10 mins away , charged 40 and left saying figure out your commute to the hotel by yourself and waiting charges are 70 and I am leaving. Pathetic guy and I am writing it here since it reflects the property too and didnt even get a response from this property when we asked for more details of that driver to further escalate.

  : This property has so much character and we loved the area of Finikia - a close walk to Oia but so much quieter and no vehicles! We loved the decor and the unique character of the accommodation, our patio, the peaceful alleyways of the village and the excellent restaurants nearby. The fresh orange juice and home made biscuits on arrival were an unexpected treat! Our host was always on hand to assist with any queries. The bed is very small, to suit the cosy room. This was no problem for us but perhaps a consideration for taller people.

  : The only thing we liked was the restaurant that was just around the corner from here
  : The whole stay was horrible. The lady running the place is so burnt out and rude she sounds like she needs a vacation herself. She yelled at us, and another group for adding a 3rd person to our reservation when it clearly says online the place sleeps 3-4 and theres no way to edit booking once made. I tried to show her the booking website and she stated I dont care what booking says. Funny as that is how she is making her money but besides the terrible guest service, the wifi is basically nonexistent, doesnt work at all in the rooms, so was unable to get any work done. There were ants coming out of the fridge when we checked in making it unsafe to leave food in there. There is no air conditioning in the actual bedroom so it was as humid and hot as it was outside making it impossible to sleep, and the other bed aka the couch was hard as a rock. Overall- I dont think Ive ever had such a horrible stay on vacation ever, and Ive stayed in 20 bed hostels before. Do yourself a favor, and stay elsewhere.
