  : It was close to the stores in highway
  : My room was dirty I had stained towels, and the toilet was filthy like they haven’t cleaned it in a week or more. Also, the door did not want to lock and they said it was because of the cold weather which I highly doubt because then that would’ve happened to all the other doors, so I asked for a non-smoking room but are you smell is pure cigarette smells coming up through the vents

  : Front desk personnel was EXTREMELY friendly!!! Very convenient first floor room makes it easy to load and unload your car.
  : The bathroom and beds are too high. The mattress is super comfortable, but you need a stepladder to actually get in the bed.

  : Nice hot shower with good water pressure. I used fridge and microwave, both worked fine. Heating unit worked well too! I was quite comfy
  : Very blatant hairs in the bathroom on the toilet and sink when I arrived. No breakfast as promised on booking.com!! and coffee was terrible

  : The location and convenience. Need a place to hang my head for a few days between moves.
  : Very old old old! Needs to be refurbished badly!! First room reaked like smoke changed rooms. It was better but the smell of smoke lingers in rooms. Breakfast not so much! Just felt dirty the whole time was there. Bathroom has cracked ceilings and the tub had ground in dirt. Shower curtain was brown but it was white?

  : As to my review @ Super 8 at Wyndham old Saybrook Ct 06475: As I enter my hotel room 201 it was like a sauna. We’ve immediately put the air conditioner on however, the AC was not running properly after running for about forty minutes to an hour. I went to guest services and explain them the situation and they gave me another room which was 221. The air conditioner unit in that room was worse off than the room that I was originally in. So, we didn’t keep that room (221). Eventually they sent someone up to fix the air conditioning unit about an hour and a half later (in room 201). After they sent someone to fix the air conditioner unit, He stated it was blowing cool air, not cold air. Secondly, as to per what was advertised the hotel stated it had an out door pool which I’ve brought my wife and children to which I noticed was closed. Which was a damper on my holiday with my family. I’ve went out to get some food and see some family. Came back later that night and both our hotel keys did not work. I had to go to customer serviceAnd had the lady open our door. She has have someone come in and make new room keys for our door which took about 10 minutes. The pillows smelt like they haven’t been washed. They smelled so bad. Lastly, as we were departing we went to get complementary breakfast. As I was told by the lady at customer service that they don’t do complementary breakfast due to customers man handing the food. That she did not want to deal with that after Covid. So, she gave me a muffin and juice box. Which is very disappointing when these were offers that were promised/offered online on the website. When I went to return my key to check out the door was locked to customer service and I had to wait 30 minutes for the lady to come back to check out.
