: Great pool and nice surroundings with kids playground.
: 1. Breakfast n food in general was not really fresh, not what you expect from a luxury agri-resort compared to other places in Tuscany where you can taste organic home made Maremma cuisine!For example, you can find cakes leftovers for days in the breakfast buffet, with a scarcity of choice and quantity. Thats not a kind of gourmet treat you wish to indulge in.2. Being in the countryside, you expect to spot some insects but rooms were infested by spiders, centipedes and roaches; every night there were at least 4 insects from the wooden ceiling not properly treated and plenty of mosquitos. A better pest control is highly recommended around the property.

: Very good customer attention,nothing was to much trouble for the staff especially the manager, who was excellent . Rural location, very relaxing, Im not sure it knows what it is sort of spa but not that well appointed, great location to explore the area and very quiet if thats what you want but also quite partyish if you prefer.. very good pool.. but all a bit lacking in soul..

: Lovely hotel in the middle of an olive farm, with super rooms, pool and kind and welcoming staff. Fantastic restaurant - lovely breakfast, even better dinner, with delicious food and wines. We also received a free upgrade to a more spacious room, which was appreciated. Location good, a short drive from the Orbetello lagoon and coast, and Talamone.
: Shame that bottle of water in the room was not complimentary, but that's a small complaint.

: The staff is lovely. Very welcoming and helpful. She helped unload our luggage and drove it to our room. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The property is lovely although we were just there for the night and we didn't take advantage of it. The breakfast was VERY nice. The restaurant looked great and I wish we had eaten dinner there.
: We had indicated that we wanted a room with a washer as it appeared to me that you had a washer in your room on Booking.com. Well, that wasn't the case, and since the weather wasn't nice, there wasn't a way to dry them as well. Had we had a washer in our room I think I would have washed just a few pieces as we really needed some clean clothes. She tried to call me that morning, but I think she could have messaged me with the washing machine info days in advance. Had she, I probably would have selected another property.
