  : We were a family of 24 traveling to board a cruise ship out of Port Canaveral. We arrived in Orlando around 11:30ish pm….keep in mind myself and another family member had been trying to reach the hotel all day and would only get a busy signal. I finally called Embassy Suites Customer service to inform what was going on with our flight and to find out about the free shuttle after 11:00pm. So we arrive at 11:30 ish and had to wait 45 mins for the shuttle to pick us up. Once at the hotel the gentle at the desk was helping people coming up from the snack shop rather helping myself who was next in line…finally he helps me … assigns me a room on the 4th floor. We arrive in the room and one of my grandkids is doing a walk thru and discovers a filthy bathroom sink and she calls for me to see if. At the same time I’m getting a call from another family member to check the bed and the sofa bed because she found bugs in the sofa bed in her room.( she was eventually moved to the Executive Suite). I called to ask if some could see what was going on with the sink. Housekeeping came up did something and the filthy water/stopped up sink was gone. The next morning my granddaughter was brushing her teeth, she spit the toothpaste out of her mouth and flushed the toilet and when she turned around to the si k she screamed as feces had begun to back up in the sink… disgusting, so we placed another call, someone came up and within a minute they were gone. They are putting a bandaid on the problem rather than taking the time to fix it. Very disappointed in the Embassy Suites.

  : We asked staff a total of 5 times to send someone to our room to fix our overflowing toilet in our room. It took staff 4 hours to make it to our room to clean it. They was not willing to give us a different room but instead had us wait to the point we had to use the restroom in the lobby or other family members rooms. We also went to watch a movie at a nearby movie theater. When we returned from a 2 hour movie our room still was not clean and started to smell. During our stay all elevators was broken so we had to walk up and down the stairs to get to and from our room.
