We arrived here having our Booking.com reservation confirmation and the staff at the front desk told us they DO NOT take reservations through Booking.com. We then embarked on a number of stressful phone calls with customer service who refused to help us. If you wish to stay here, please reserve through their own website. We were lucky to still retain a room here, but if it had been up to Booking, we would have had to sleep on the street. We are very thankful for the staff for their help and sympathy towards our situation.
