: I be stayed at this facility many times in the past . Absolutely my favorite spot in the area. I’ve recently had some health issues so was really looking forward to the ‘spa’ tub. Jets didn’t work. On top of that there was some kind of gritty/grimyness in the tub. Ordinarily I would have cleaned/ rinsed myself but couldn’t, in my current condition. Also , since leaving the apartment was not really an option, I was looking forward to catching up on some reading and enjoying, what I understood, as a pool view. Instead, I got a construction site. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE Again, in retrospect, I should have called someone. Picking up the phone and complaining might not seem like a big deal, but I was completely exhausted upon arrival and just couldn’t summon the energy to deal with it.

: I really love this facility’s location spaciousness, friendly and welcoming staff, and location. Have actually stayed here several times.
: The reason for this stay was to relax and rest from some health issues. Am currently getting a minor renovation at my condo so I thought it would be good timing. Was really looking forward to the ‘spa’ tub . Unfortunately the jets weren’t functioning. In retrospect, I should have called someone. It seems like ai had issues with the tub , , before as well. Also it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was some kind weird gritty substance in the tub. Ordinarily I would have just cleaned/ rinsed myself, but just recovering from a pretty serious illness so was in no shape to do that. Also , I thought I reserved a room with a pool view. Didn’t have to be a pool view, but anything would have been better than a construction site!Totally unacceptable. The constant beeping and other construction noise was ridiculous. Again, due to my health issues, I wasn’t able to leave the apartment and was hoping to relax on the balcony. NOT POSSIBLE! Again in retrospect, I should have called the concierge. I was completely exhausted upon arrival and the thought of having to change rooms and or deal with these issues, which is nothing to most people, was just too overwhelming for me at this time. Believe me, if I ever have an opportunity to stay there again, the concierge is going to put a call block on my room.
