  : The elevator was constantly out of order. We are 80 years old and 0n the third floor. The stairs were a problem. In fact the elevator was out of order the day we left, Fortunately, my son was there to help get our baggage down the stairs

  : Location was great, rooms were good size, appliances in the condo were useful. When I did call about problems the people I talked to were very nice and helpful. After finding out on our own it was great having a food store across the street to get supplies. We loved Ormon Beach and the people were friendly and nice. The person who is on the Board at the condo was so helpful and very nice. We had a great trip just a little mixed up for a day or two.
  : The condo had 3 lights that were out, light bulbs needed changed. No instructions on how the TVs worked, the one in the bedroom was different form the one in the livigroom. Beach chairs could have been better, they did not recline. Long before coming to the condon it would have been nice to know all the combinations to the front door. Also I was told to make sure I checked in to register my car and parking place. That was not true and there is not office to check in. Thanks to the one person (who is on the board there) gave me the information I needed about parking and any other rules of the condo. It also would have been helpful if there was a map of the area and a listing of places to shop and eat.....such as a local grocery store, starbucks, good local dinning. You need to let people know there is no office to go to at the condo. We golf and it would have been nice to list the courses in the area, also some of the sights to see in Ormon.

  : Loved the whole apartment setup. pictures online matches exactly. Clean, lovely stay.
  : You get sent an email that you have to have a parking pass and you have it get it from the front desk. which there isn’t any front desk and there’s no parking pass. So we were so stressed out our first night scared to get towed. A person living there told us that as long as we were in the parking space that matched our apartment we will be fine. So they definitely need to clear that up!
