  : Good location, well equipped kitchen.
  : Very high charges for air conditioning even though when we arrived it was freezing (like 15 centigrades inside) and we had to let it run to warm it up.

  : The villa's position is great: it's very close to the beach, literally 3 minutes by foot. It is close to the port but not inside the village and that makes it great because everything is handy but you're not surrounded by crowds and chaos, especially during the summer. The villa itself is big and with a lot of space outside, both in the porch/garden and in the terrace on the roof, and it is equipped with outside funiture and lounge chairs to enjoy the space. It has satellite tv (mainly German channels) and mosquito nets on most of its many windows, which is an asset in the summer.'
  : The bathroom was a little small and the way it is structured makes it not exactly comfortable for people taller that 170cm/5.5ft. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave oven (no traditional oven) and a two-plate electric stove whose indicators (ligths that signal when the plate is hot) were malfunctioning and that may make cooking a meal a little difficult when you don't want to eat out. The villa's internet was provided through a wifi service that wasn't on a flat-rate: thus we had no service for almost five of the seven days of our stay, since the caretakers, who were indeed helpful when trying to solve this problem, learned of it only on our arrival then had to solve the issue, and that took time.
