  : Excellent parking and location. Breakfasts were very good and the staff were pleasant. The bed was large and comfortable and housekeeping supplied an extra blanket when requested. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.
  : Although there is a QR code available in each room giving details of the hotel and procedures for operating equipment, this is not adequate. Not everyone uses a QR code and should there be a fire the last thing on my mind will be trying to download a QR code to get fire exit and assembly point details. In the room we could not see any instructions giving exit procedures in the event of a fire or emergency.The carpet was stained, the chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable and the TV had limited international stations. There is no grab rail in the shower stall and the shower had rust patches around the bottom edges.The mini bar only had 2 small bottles of water. A 5 star hotel would have a fully stocked bar which is replenished on a daily basis.There is no turndown service and towel check, once again this is standard in a 5 star hotel.There are a number of steps up to the front door of the hotel but no staff are available to help with luggage. After we checked in once again nobody offered to help with our luggage. Room service is only available at selected times, this defeats the object of room service which should be available at any time during the day and up to midnight.This is billed as a 5 star hotel on Booking.Com, unfortunately it is nowhere near the standards expected of a 5 star hotel. It may be a decent city centre 3 or 4 star hotel but it certainly is not 5 star.

  : The breakfast was basic , and the location of the property was excellent close to shops and cafes , also the staff were super friendly and helpful.
  : I booked the junior suite ,and it smelled a little musty and unpleasant.

  : Advertise air conditioning and when checked in said the air conditioning wont be turned until June. The room was stuffy and my allergies were awful.

  : Pretty much everything. The hotel was well located, very comfortable and clean, with good wifi. Really stellar breakfast with loads of choice and fresh food. The parking was also really convenient.
  : Being very nitpicky here, but the lack of juices in the breakfast. My husband doesn't like orange juice, so he drank water. But, like I said, extremely nitpicky. The room service was nothing special as well, the food wasn't as good as I expected.
