  : The pool was absolutely frigid, couldn’t change channel on fitness center tv and it was stuck in horror movies, and some areas were run down and in need of repairs

  : When we got their both of the rooms assigned to us were NOT cleaned, but when we let front desk know, she was very accommodating and made it right.

  : Our stay here was good, and the location is convenient. Kaia (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) greeted us and was friendly, helpful, and professional. The morning coffee and breakfast were good, and our beds were comfy.
  : There was a slight cleaning issue (food left in the microwave). We reported it, and apologies were made. I understand that sometimes cleaning staff overlook something, but… The only other observation I’ll make is that the price point for this sort of property seemed a bit high, but I do understand that Oxford lodging prices are a bit high in general.

  : Breakfast was great
  : Hotel had maintenance going on the morning of checkout. Had to walk through painters, debris and over plastic taped down to floor to get on elevator. The workers were hand sanding the walls which caused some breathing irritation. Pool was not heated therefore we could not use.
