  : Nice area even though we arrived on a cloudy and rainy day and left early the next day. Would love to come back someday and see the area in the sunshine.
  : Breakfast was a bit disappointing and bathroom door was a bit odd, it did not fit in the frame properly therefore a lot of noise came in and out.

  : Location in Pacific Grove. Breakfast was good. Coffee, asst. breads, yogurt, cereals, breakfast sandwich, etc. The King suite was spacious with a fireplace, central heat, had a full kitchen and it was stocked with plates, utensils and all cooking supplies, included Cooktop, microwave. Hotel was tucked away in a residential area. The hotel also let you choose the time of day you’d like the room cleaned. Rooms were clean and Nicely decorated. Beautiful gazebo on the grounds. Hotel was well maintained. We would stay here again.
  : The in-room coffee maker. Wish it were a regular drip pot and not the coffee filter pods. We will bring our own pot next time. They do serve coffee from 7-10 am in breakfast room and it was good. They were doing some construction/yard work on a house behind us and it was noisy all day. Fortunately, we were gone most of the day. But that’s not the hotel’s fault.

  : It’s in a very convenient area for getting around
  : First off, I booked a particular room when I made my booking in January. I was shocked that it wasn’t honored. I explained my husband was 86 and I was having problems with my back and was using a cane and would like to book early to be sure to get the closest room to the office on the first floor. But, that request, made in January wasn’t honored. The pillows, all 4 of them were like rocks. Thank goodness I brought my own. We were here last September and they had hot breakfast sandwiches to microwave. This time they didn’t. The fresh fruit only consisted of apples and oranges. Bananas please! We stayed 4 nights and on the 3rd day our keys no longer worked. We went to the office, she asked our name and room number, said oh, and then said here as she gave me 2 new keys. No I’m sorry, nothing. Just here. Not much of, rather no apology, or explanation.
