  : We have 4 SMALL dogs and while I understand that is a lot of dogs, the place is pet friendly. And they're all less than 10 pounds...2 of them are less than 5 pounds.... We charged a pet fee of $50 PER PET. And not even just a refundable security deposit. No, this was a FEE. So we paid $200 extra dollars because of the dogs; which she said was for a carpet cleaning. But what I fail to understand is if you're cleaning the carpet no matter how many dogs stay, what's the difference between collecting a $50 fee vs $200? I'll tell you - it was a scam where she saw an easy way of ripping me off of $150. Especially since I only allowed my dog's access to 1 bedroom, which I explained to her, and there were ZERO accidents since I took them out every hour that we were awake, and twice during the night.

  : The location was great, so close to everything in Page and also to important places like Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend. There was also a lot of space and it was great to have a room for each of us and a backyard for the dog to be let out in.
  : Although the policies mentioned no smoking, upon entry there was a strong cigarette smell and then again on the last day when we woke up so it seems like the owner was smoking below us. One of the bedrooms also smelled like there was poop in it, and the window in that room did not stay open easily so that was also pretty unpleasant.
