: The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was fresh.
: The room decor was dated, with an air conditioner that wasnt able to cool the room (it was 30 degrees on the day we visited). The room we had didnt look like the ones in the photos on the website. The location wasnt central, with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. For what we paid (136 Euros), I didnt consider this good value.

: It's a hotel in an old country house and therefore the rooms are not free of the noise from the stairwell or other rooms if the other guests are not quiet.

: The place was great! We arrived a bit late but notified them and they were very understanding. The people running the place are super friendly, all of them. The room was spacious, with a nice shower/bathtub, very comfy bed, big wardrobe with a safe inside, a mini fridge (super convenient for hot summer days) and the mojitos they prepare are amazing. The breakfast is also great, with nice pastries, good variety of breads, great variety also of fruits, very nice. The original house (la masia) is beautiful and they managed to maintain it in great shape, modernising it without loosing its origins. The garden and outdoor area is very well maintained, massive citronella candles that they light at night (I loved them, they smell amazing and keep the mosquitos away, I didn't get a single bite during my entire time at the hotel). The pool is great too, Costa Brava beaches are amazing but its nice to have a quick dip in the pool when waking up or later in the evening.
