  : The aesthetic of the hotel was really lovely, it was really nice to sit by the pool in the courtyard whilst having breakfast. The breakfast itself was also nice. The location was convenient, slightly noisy but in a good central location. The breakfast and evening staff were very attentive and profesional.
  : The ameneties in the room were fairly poor - the shower leaked into the main bedroom area, which soaked the rug that was next to the bed on that side. There was absolutely no space for storage of clothes (wardrobe, drawers etc) which mean that the room felt very untidy. There was nowhere to hang wet towels, so we resorted to hanging them from the decorative shelving unit. The room itself was fairly dark and much smaller than we'd anticipated. The desk staff were fairly unhelpful. I had asked for an iron each day we stayed here, as advertised would be in the room as per the booking.com profile, which was never supplied. After several requests, we were provided with a steamer which we were unable to use as it had a non-EU plug and no adaptor. The facilities listed on the booking.com profile stated that there was a spa in the hotel, which does not exist. To summarise the discrepancies to the booking.com profile, there was no iron, no ironing service, no vallet parking, no offer of breakfast in room, no clothes rack, no wardrobe or closet, no bidet.

  : Very nice home in the center of Palermo! Beautifully and tastefully furnished and clean rooms, nice amenities, good breakfast. I loved my balcony, even though the calm! street tends to be very loud in the mornings.
  : Not enough and not very servile staff in the courtyard for Breakfast, reception very helpful instead.

  : Staff was friendly and helpful and the overall property was very nice.
  : Room 303 should never be available to rent even if it was free. At first it looks quaint but the main floor is useless space and the bed and bath are upstairs. I am not a small or large man but if i were any bigger i would not have been able to get up the stairs. Thank god we only had hand carry on bags or they would have not gone upstairs. there was not much space around the bed and there were already 2 fans in the room which was a telling sign. The fans used the only electric outlets so either you had a fan or got to charge your phone. The air conditioner vent is in the stairwell and no AC went to the upstairs room. It was the worse 2 nights of sleep i have had in years. There was no door on the bathroom for any privacy and there was a funky piss smell in there.
