  : Location and cleanliness. Our Staff agent Cody was very accommodating as well.
  : Front bathroom sink was slow to drain. (Simple repair) and I would recommend black out curtains on the front bedroom windows because the breezeway lights shine in a little through the blinds.

  : The location of the condo was excellent and it had great view of the beach and ocean. It was in a great location to get to many attractions in the city and even walk to several places. The condo was big with plenty of space. I also loved having a washer and dryer since we were staying for a week. The nicest thing was probably the location and the living room furniture. Great windows!
  : The master bed was HORRIBLE and probably broken! It was like sleeping in a giant hole for a week! I don't expect perfect beds but a bed with a mattress that isn't sunk in is expected for this amount of money! Also, it wasn't very clean. There was hair and it didn't look like the place had been sanitized at all. The toilet was dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken off. I don't want to have to clean from the people before me when I go on vacation, it's enough to clean for my own family....especially on vacation. Also, there were very few towels provided. We tried to get through to talk with the "host" and it was impossible. We were on hold for an hour, two different times and had to give up. Also, the parking passes (red tag) for the main parking area near the building weren't provided so we had to talk with several of the security guards to make sure they didn't tow our vehicle throughout the week. While the condo had some obvious good things about it, the bad outweighed the good for us and we will not be returning.

  : I called several times and was told to check-in at the lobby, took me 1 hour to figure it out there is no lobby, in fact, the people over the phone didn't know much either.

  : Location, the view, security getting in and out to the pool/ beach I liked. The room was very nice and we would stay here again.
  : WiFi was horrible, non existent. The master bed has a dip in it from I assume being worn out, very uncomfortable. Not enough hot water for a family of four.

  : Marisol vacation was great! Panama City Beach was amazing! The condo was clean and comfortable! The beach view, beach access, and parking were excellent!
  : The pool wasn’t set up and WiFi password was not posted in the room (…401). Also, some beach chairs would have been nice. The vacation was great regardless

  : tv’s did not work. no instructions regarding how to operate the TV’s.my car was almost towed the truck was there and was attempting to hook the vehicle to the truck. I was told to put the parking passes in the window they were there. it took me being on the phone 45” with the wrong code to access the condo. Another lady called saying she would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. Then called back and gave me the code and it worked. It was an hour or longer before we entered the condo. Then I tried to wash there were dirty towels in the washer. Needless to say this trip was not very accommodating. There should be reimbursement for some of the chaos. When we took trash out there were no bags to replace it with. We purchased some.

  : The location was great. We loved the corner condo, the ocean views were awesome.
  : The electrical outlets were loose, the lights in the back bedrooms kept going on and off on their own, there were cracked tiles, the balcony light fixture was broken, the tv’s kept freezing up, the pool was closed for resurfacing for 4 of the 5 days we were there, we were not allowed to use the gym, nor were we notified of either of these things. Also, there was a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee, and the tub/sink plugs were missing.
