  : The kitchen wasnt well stocked as far as eating utensils, etc. The microwave, electric can opener, need to be replaced. Adding a 9x13 baking pan would be a good addition. Also, a skillet where the finish is not coming off.

  : The refrigerator smelled like dead fish and we had to rinse our ice off before we used it and we got a warning about having our car towed for not having a parking permit that was supposed to be in the room for us when we checked in and it wasnt. We had to go to the office on Saturday between 12:00-12:30 to purchase a parking permit for $10.00 when it was supposed to be free

  : The only thing we liked was that we were on the last floor so we didnt have to hear anyone above us. Also the stores were close.
  : The place was dirty, dishwasher was flooded and didnt work. Washer didnt work. The small room tv wouldnt turn on because the remote was broke in half. Toaster was nasty. The pool got closed the second day we were there. We were told it would be open at noon but wasnt opened until we left. We had two babies with us and got woken up in the morning because they were doing something on the roof. The shower and sinks were dirty. Towels had stains on them. On the reservation it says the beach is 900 feet from the hotel but we had to walk at least what felt like half a mile to get to the beach. We stayed there from Monday until Thursday they gave us only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. The pull out couch was horrible and made so much notice every time you turn around on it or just did down. Its crappy that we got charged cleaning fee and they tell you to load the dishwasher and turn it on when you check out and get rid of all the trash. So I would not recommend staying there or will I ever stay there.

  : Very clean and quiet. Great week long stay. Wish there would have been a map of the whole complex. Didnt find the pool and pool house until the last day. But really we were busy each day and didnt need to use it

  : My husband was stuck in elevator for an hour and there was no one on call for emergencies so we had to call the fire department. I needed to book another week here and instead of letting me just move my stuff from one reopen to the next since it was next door to me I had to pack it all up and wait till 4. That was really an inconvenience to me because I had no where to go until then and I felt they didnt care even thought I let them know what was going on. But over all it is a nice place to stay.

  : The location was great. Close to beach walking distance. But very busy location The beach itself was easy in and out. Not a far walk at all. We arrived on the property and house keeping did not clean. So driving 8+ hours and having to deal with that was not fun. They cleaned the room in under 30 minutes. Lets just say they did a quick wipe down and cleaned the bathrooms. No extra towels , no beach towels no hand towels or wash towels. There are no baggies, garbage bags, practice wrap, foil, etc. no hot pads Pack like you are going camping! For real. No extra pillows. We got 2 for 3 people. Thank goodness we brought one No extra blankets The mattress was horrible. Not comfortable and loud. Could not move with out waking yourself up. Not comfortable at all. My body is in so much pain . With all the walking on the beach a good bed is a necessity. The coach and chairs also were not comfortable. They are okay but not able to sit long in them. There were 4 forks So dishes were cleaned a lot The facility is okay! Not a five star but okay. Had a lot of problems with the elevator. Broke too many times. And being in the 3rd floor. ..The pool areas was great All in all we only booked at this location because we had weather issues with the first booking and this one was last minute. We will probably not stay at this location again and definitely not by first choice . But again last minute we could of gotten worse.
