No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Reef is closed from Mon 13 Sept 2021 until Tue 30 Nov 2021
A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

Service charge covers reservation fee

Please note for Spring Break from 24 February until 31 March the following applies:

-Limited Damage Waiver Fee will be charged. Please contact the property for details.

-Extra Person Fee. Please contact the property for details.

-1 parking pass per room. Additional vehicles will need to park in the the overflow parking lot. Please contact the property for details.

- Guests must wear a wristband given by the property at all times. Lost wrist bands can be replaced for a surcharge. Please contact the property for details.
