  : There was no one here working at all. We was in room523 an called vacasa booking renting management 3xs and maintenance never came. Soooooo un happy with this stay will not stay again.

  : Location was great, Condo association takes excellent care of the grounds and offers nice variety of amenities for entertainment. There is a game room, laundry facilities, great multi-leveled decks, beautiful pool and kiddie pool and lots of space to enjoy the pool deck,
  : Cabinets were musty - bathroom cabinet door fell off. Appliances all very old. Oven didn't work well and fridge had to be turned off because it made a very loud noise that would keep you up/wake you up at night. This room is for a budget traveler.

  : We tried to contact y’all numerous times. We had to pay an $80 cleaning fee for one night and the place was dirty when we arrived. That money should be refunded.

  : The unit we were in needs a lot of updates. The power went out for about 9hours. The wifi/internet/tv was incredibly slow. we were not allowed to turn the A/C unit below 70 because it would "freeze up" and it seemed too warm. The stove top did not work. I didn't want to sit on the couch because it was so stained/old.

  : Weak WiFi, room was warm at 1:30 am bcz AC was old and weak.Cooking stove not working.Rusty drawer on cabinets and sagging counter top on dishwasher side.Crack on bathtub and shower curtain laying on the BT floor smelled.

  : Outdated, cabinets fromn70' carpet on floor, water heater was 10bgalons. Not sufficient for family of 4. Water switch damaged could not adjust temperature. Water heater tool for ever to warm up - just install thankless water heater. Stove was not working. Provider heat plate to weak to boil water - sounds like a joke.

  : Staff for top of the gulf was good. The condo was awful. Mold, tv didnt work stove was broken

  : The hot water heater went out.. we had about 5 min for a hot shower and no one was able to fix it in a “timely manner”. We had the option of going back home, moving condos, or toughing it out. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. We didn’t sleep with a cover the whole time we were there. The bathroom was filthy and was so crammed. You couldn’t even get in the shower without touching the toilet. The fridge was going out while we were staying there and made a god awful noise all through out the night. Needs major updates.
