  : That it was on Panama City beach
  : The property is in disrepair, the shower did not work and you couldn’t even plug the tub for a proper bath. There were no balconies attached to the condo and only one side view window so you had to leave the condo to see the actual beach. There was very little cooking equipment and overall this has not been a good experience.

  : The woman who ran the snack bar was really nice and it was right on the beach.
  : No curtains on the windows, too much light came in at night. Had to walk a good ways to the main attractions.

  : The room was very clean. There were sand toys in the closet. Everything in the kitchen was good for cooking. Condo was right on the water. Pool was clean.
  : The condo was a little outdated. The blinds were half fallen and half up. One of the cabinets in the bathroom was only hanging on one hinge.

  : Needs some up grades in bathroom. You couldn't adjust water in shower it was hot you had to wait when you turned on water or you would get scolded

  : The location and activities. It is right on the beach, pool and outdoor activities on the property were great when us adults needed to wind down but the kids (14 and 11) were still going. The small kitchen and refrigerator were just big enough to get the job done. Many of local restaurants and activities near by.
  : We stayed in a studio. We knew it would be small and was totally fine with that, as we have done this many times before. However, the room had been rearranged from the photos and the pullout couch couldn’t even open entirely without being on top of the regular bed. The closet was dirty and unorganized…There were no pillow cases for the pullout, the comforter for the pullout was dirty, cabinet doors were just barely hanging on, the panels to the blinds were so messed up it was more bright in the studio than it was dark, lights didn’t work properly and most everything was seemed cheap and was out-dated. We had some issues and notified the owner. Maintenance came and fixed a few things but not all, such as the blinds. We did receive a comforter and pillow cases the next morning. We still had to rearrange everyday to be able to pull out the pullout couch at night and then put it all back the next day to allow for walking through the studio. Needs a new pullout couch: the couch itself is visibly dirty and stained. When folding it back up you think you broke it because it doesn’t want to fold back. With just a little TLC and some updates this place would be fantastic!
