  : Best part was when we finally got back in to our room after the key system failed. This was some 3 1/2 hours later. No member of staff had access and those that did weren't even close to the hotel when we first left and when we returned to retrieve our possessions. They even said there was nothing in the room when we returned but they hadn't been able to access it
  : Best western plus - Rename as 'Best Avoided', No senior staff available when key system failed and even when we returned over 3 hours later they had been back but were away again?. No health and safety here for emergency needs. Family unable to get medication. Should have called the fire service out. Promise of 60 dollars to cover additional cost due to delay to appointment never came and they even failed to respond to booking.com! Great hotel if it goes well for you but trust me if you are the unlucky ones like us your on your own. Plenty of good hotels to use around the vicinity so if you want to take the chance go there. I'll be at the hotel next door on my next visit

  : Tom was cold and damp. Not fully clean, a couple pieces of trash on the floor and one dead roach under the bathroom s.ink.

  : It was very comfortable and the front desk staff was awesome.
  : The pool was extremely cold. When I arrived to my room, there were stained sheets on the bed and were immediately changed.

  : The lady that checked us in was nice.
  : It was in a very rachet part of town. Had I known, we definitely would not have stayed there. The pool was too small. The room was hot...a/c was on 68 and it still was warm and sticky in the room. It was sooo noisy, til 3 am. First thing in the morning, the fire alarm goes off at 7ish because someone burned their breakfast. Car alarms had already gone off in the parking lot before that happened. It was awful! Go into Panama City Beach area and stay there instead. 10 miles away we thought it wouldn't make a difference. Boy, were we wrong!
