  : I loved everything about the room and location my family really enjoyed everything about this room.
  : I felt like when it came to certain staff we were treated differently. It seems like out of all the guests that were at the pool we were the only ones being checked for wristband

  : Problem with shower. Shower head flew off and hit wife in the head upon first use of shower evening of arrival. Bath tub resembled bottom of cat box--pretty nasty. Called Vacasa next AM, reported problem. First day, no response from VAC. Second day still shower not fixed. Third day same problem. Fourth day mtnc man showed up and replaced shower head and hose. From our arrival until day 4 all we had for shower was a 1/2" pipe protruding from wall. Also, expected some supplies to be furnished by VAC such as trash bags, dishwasher and clothes washer detergent provided for about 2 days. Would suggest that someone from Vacasa would inspect unit before arrival of clients. Strange how such small problems leaves such bad taste. Probably would not use Vacasa again. There are many properties available to choose from.

  : The location to our event was okay. The staff was friendly. We found a very nice restaurant nearby.
  : We booked through a third party and did not get the best service from Regency The bathroom had a very small and dated toilet The kitchen smelled like insect repellent The decor overall was too old The mattresses were very uncomfortable

  : The condo 1326 was very dirty from carpet to mold in shower toe nail under the glass on coffee table Q-tip in the recliner door knob was lose about to fall my husband had to fix it cause no one showed up to repair only on chair on the balcony carpet was so dirty you couldn't take your shoes off not all amenities list there like a hair dryer and vacuum this condo needs to be inspected this is my third review vacasa said they were going to contact me but didn't we do have pictures on another camera

  : the employees and other tenants are nice. the heated pool is a great amenity when traveling in November. its a short walk out to the beach and the view is amazing
  : room 214 was filthy when we arrived. My wife had to clean the shower and toilet before we could even think about using them. The mirrors and baseboards were filthy. Then as we woke up the next morning we noticed roaches running across the kitchen counter and along the guest bathroom floor. I went and bought spray as I could not get in touch with Vacasa and I did not want to have these unexpected guest crawling on our stuff or ending up coming home in our luggage. 6 years weve stayed T R/T but we will never stay here again.
