  : The location was great, but the parking garage is horrible. We paid for an extra spot but someone was parked in it our whole stay. We told parking garage staff but nothing was done about it. So we paid for am extra spot for nothing.
  : One of our rooms in the 3 bedroom didn't have a/c.

  : Location was good. The pool was great.
  : The room was nasty the sheets had sand in them and stains all over them it was like they didn’t change the sheets after the last guest. The staff was so rude. When we told them about it they said that there was extra sheets in the room change them ourselves. Which was not a problem but there was only one extra set of sheets and we needed them for the pull out bed. We ended up just going to Walmart and buying some sheets. My daughter had broken her wristband so security at the pool told her she had to go to the front desk and get a new one. The lady at the front desk told her the next wristband would be $100 and pointed at a sign on the desk that said second wristband $100 and said what you can’t read to my daughter.

  : Loved the view the location to everything. The pool was amazing the whole family enjoyed it. Access to the beach was convenient.
  : Kitchen wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. Tv in main bedroom didn’t function properly. Elevators weren’t great with the volume of people and amount of floors there needed to be more. Parking wasn’t pleasant having a larger vehicle was not favorable.

  : The only good thing about the property was the nice pool and location.
  : The staff here are incredibly rude and not even helpful at the least. We booked based off the pictures provided and when we got to our unit it looked NOTHING like booking ad . The refrigerator never worked and all our food went bad. Bathroom tub was clogged the whole time and after calling the number provided for help or questions they told me no one could assist till the next day and no one showed up the 3 days we were there. We have assigned parking and both spots were taken the whole time even after calling about that as well. I do not recommend staying here.

  : Love the pool area! Also love the bar and restaurant by the pool. Size of our room was great!!
  : Room could have been decorated a little nicer. It was very basic. Needed more kitchen bowls, dishes, utensils, etc. Room could have been a little cleaner. Had trouble getting the washer/dryer to stay on. Balcony door was extremely hard to open/close. We even bought wd40 to try to help. Couldn’t turn volume up on one of the bedroom tvs so we couldn’t watch it. Remote wouldn’t turn volume up or down on the living room tv so we had to stand up on a chair to reach the tv and manually do it. Couldn’t get living room fan to work. People monitoring arm bands coming and going from the beach were inconsistent. They would let some through that didn’t have an armband. We watched this happen all day one day. This was probably our last trip to the Shores of Panama.
