  : there was a mess up with the booking and we didn’t get booked for a room big enough for my family. it never asked about how many children.
  : we did not get to have a beach front room they had to put us across the street. even though it was a nice villa it is not what I wanted. the resort did what they could to accommodate but the problem was with Booking.com not effectively asking for the number of adults and children for the stay

  : The beach and the wonderful people who run Top of the Gulf I got a name of someone who has condos without all the run around I had to do in case we go back next year.
  : When we got there after 4 which was supposed to be our check in time our room wasn't ready then when we finally checked in it wasn't the room I had chosen had to go back and get another room which was a lot better.Spent the day at the pool went back to room and our key card didn't work anymore had to get a resident to give us a ride back over to Edgewater to get another key card got back it still didn't work then had to wait on maintence to change out the battery in the lock! 3 hrs of this ! I will never book from this Company again no thanks.
