  : A few hours after checking out, we realized we left something in the room. Luckily, we were still in Park City and returned to the hotel. The staff was unwilling to help us locate our item, and gave us a new key card and said we needed to return to the room and find it ourselves. Of course, we didn't find it, and the room was already cleaned. We see the maid, who says we must return to the front desk because she could not help us. The item was my son's pillow, which he loves, so again, I asked if we could ask around and wait if we needed to (this hotel is not that big). Again, we received no help, and I felt I was bothering the staff. He said, "I'm not sure what to tell you, but we can ship it to you if you like." Not even 10 minutes after we left did I receive a text message that they found the pillow? I am writing this review to let others know that shipping an item costs over $100, and yes, the clerk left that out.

  : It's outside Park City, but still righting the middle of a shopping center. Cool - if that's what you're looking for. There was a hot tub on the balcony of our room which was nice. A little odd to sit in our balcony hot tub and look at the Olympic Park and Best Buy! Great for close food and shops though!
  : The king bed was HARD! I napped on the pull out couch and was more comfortable there.

  : Room was exceptionally hot -- air conditioning was originally not working properly, but even after being fixed, it was such a trickle of cool air that the room temperature was still 80 degrees overnight. The young front desk staff also clearly had no interest in customer service, and any request seemed to be an enormous inconvenience. I've stayed at least 30 nights at the Newpark in the last 2 years, and the customer service has clearly declined.

  : Queen rooms are very small. Like a room in NYC… we had to upgrade to a suite as my husband just had knee surgery n could not get into the shower in the queen room

  : Location
  : Check in clerk at 2:40pm sent us to a room that was hot due to no A/C. I took a picture of the thermometer reading 80 degrees. She did NOT move us immediately to another room on another floor with A/C. She told us the A/C was broken and being repaired and for us to wait a couple of hours. We waited over 3 hours and when we went back to the room , they put a fan in there and opened the window
