  : Bad memories1, The room has no refrigerator. I had a box of beef,a box of strawberry,a box of Scottish egg and a bottle of salad all in my cool bag when I checked in. I asked service staff and confirmed with reception lady, they told me to put my food in bakery refrigerator. But on the next morning,everything was gone. I asked the staff, nobody wants to solve the problem. After we urged to search, the staff went to ask other staffs and the answer was we don’t know. When I wrote to the hotel and after one week investigation the reply was “…we cannot take the responsibility for the loss.”2，When we ordered the breakfast, the staff told us to wait. After a very long time, She went to the other guest who came later than us. I had to stop the staff to order. I don't know is it hotel‘s normal manner to foreign visitors.

  : The bedroom lacked drawers. Outside the bedroom window an extract fan was going for a long time. Guess we were above the kitchen. Every review we read went on about great breakfast. We couldn't agree. We booked in for 2 nights only had breakfast one morning as it was so poor.

  : Breakfast serving was busy with few seating options available and very stuffy with a lack of fresh air - some guests were coughing so clear ventilation was needed. Lot of food presented buffet style including make your own toast which is disappointing for a hotel. No evidence of any use of local food, very standard old fashioned breakfast - disappointing.
