  : Great view and easy walk to ocean
  : Moldy coffee filter in coffee pot when we arrived (see pic); milk leftover in fridge, sock in dryer, ring around washer appeared moldy, toilet would continue to run occasionally. Overall, good layout, but needs to focus on cleaning before new guest arrive.

  : My boyfriend and I went for a short getaway, and wanted to be budget friendly but also be on/close to the beach. The Grand Caribbean checked both of those boxes for us when we were booking a place. Grand Caribbean #411W has a great view of the beach even though it is not directly on the beach which was nice, and the condo is also located close to grocery stores. The condo also had lots of room and was perfect for our giveaway and would stay there again. Great value.

  : The location was great and accessing the room was pretty easy.
  : The property is on a public beach which they advertise but what they don’t tell you is that it’s only a spot large enough to fit maybe 20 people. We ended up still having to load up and drive to a beach near by. The room seemed very clean until one of us dropped an earring and found some kind of poop under the dresser. Also only one of the four beds were comfortable. The bunk beds and couch bed were worse than cots.

  : The code given in the app for the front door was incorrect. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. The wifi password given the app didn't work. Host was unable available.

  : When water was on, shower pressure was good.
  : Sent emails and pics. Also, everyone in building but us knew water was going to be shut off Thursday. Paid to get into state park to shower for dinner reservations. Communication is horrible and condo was in poor shape.

  : I liked the 4th floor unit. I liked that the balcony had 4 chairs. I liked the keyless entry!!!! I liked the washer and dryer.
  : There were no parking passes and when I called VACASA they sent me to Key Concepts and while they gave us passes they were confused why we were sent there. The TV's were a bit confusing and remotes didn't match/work. The pool/hot tub needs a little tender love and care.
