  : Staff were nice!
  : Too noisy, people running up an down fire escape to smoke, killed a bug in bathtub, had to patch up peep hole and door handle so no one could look in since I could see out. I didn’t feel very safe and gated parking lot was too dark, with loads of people outside smoking! Rather old place that needed a good cleaning under the beds!

  : Not as clean as should be stains under counter, d resser chipped and missing drawers ,inside dresser disgustingly dirty , broken furniture , not have kitchen amenities such as enough forks , dish drainer collander etc as advertised. Someone scratched my car in the parking area with a key but no camera footage to see . Sketchy characters around .

  : The lady that checked us in informed me that she put us on the first floor because it was the safest. She was very friendly and courteous. And she especially looked out for our safety for myself and my family. She asked us to not go to the upper floors and to stay in our hotel room. I would understand this if it was a cheaply rated hotel room in an unsafe area, but it was not. It was located around many other hotels. And the area looked very safe.
  : They charged to park daily in the hotel parking lot. I had to pay a $100 security deposit first before I could even check into the hotel. Which was never mentioned on the website. I understand paying the deposit if you pay cash. I was told I would receive the deposit within five business days back on my card. There was yelling and screaming outside our hotel window all night. The hotel said it offered free breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00. When we got there to have breakfast around 8:30 there was nothing there , but coffee and hot water for tea. We did look around the hotel to see if it was offered somewhere else besides the lobby but we never found anything. This is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The hotel room was clean but it was definitely run down and out of date. It was missing several amenities ( trash cans, hair dryer etc.) in the room. I also had to sign a piece of paper stating that I would not have any parties or guests over to the hotel room. I would recommend this hotel for someone or families who are just stopping to sleep overnight and then leaving the next morning. It's definitely not a hotel to book multiple days and to hang out in.
