  : The location was central to everything and the cleaning staff was sweet and attentive. The place was super clean. Very quiet considering this was one of the busiest travel weekends in a tourist area and it felt like a safe area. The breakfast and wait staff at the restaurant are amazing.
  : First and foremost, unlike literally every other place I have ever stayed in (and the literally hundreds of places my husband stays in year round for business travel), they charge your deposit to your card rather than using a hold. Then, when they're asked, they state that it will be returned to your account within 3 to 15 business days. When it is returned, they charge you a $5 card fee, for charging your card when it should have just been a hold like any other normal business. And the front desk staff (owners?) are exceptionally rude. I will not stay here again due to the rudeness of the front desk alone.

  : check in with the friendly face, questions answered when they popped up, a clean room w/ the bathroom also, the amenities and other friendly guests
  : didn't receive a receipt on check-out, was told Booking.com would send one, needless to say, they didn't.Now I don't have one. Does anybody care what the customer needs? There's alot of competition there that does their job-repeat customers.No one has told me why money was taken from my deposit-it wasn't my dog; she spent the whole time on her blanket from home on top of covers just as she does everytime we have been there so what's the problem? If my complaint isn't answered I probably won't see your friendly faces again. I don't like surprises done behind my back. The entire floor needed mopping as my bare feet got filthy walking from the bedroom to bathroom. I did complain-is that why I lost money. Cleaning means floors also.

  : Great location. Pool was clean and the breakfast at Reagan's was a plus. This was our second time there and we eill keep staying at this location.
