  : Good central location. Hotel was clean, and the room was a good size
  : Front desk staff was quite rude and unhelpful. The hotel sent me a message saying that I could check in early if the room was ready. When I checked in they gave me one key and I went to the room but the key didn't work. I went back to the desk and without me saying anything, the clerk said "2:00". So she knew exactly what the problem was, but said nothing to me before. The room was in fact ready and they would not allow access as they said they would.

  : Hotel very clean , and modern . Rooms very comfy , massive showers .Food very good.Entertainment team work hard to keep kids and adults busy .Pools great . Slides amazing for kids .All staff friendly .

  : Location was good and Rooms were a good size. As a group of 10 adults we were pleased to see there was an adult recommended pool/area, although bare in mind due to wording you may find there are children in this pool at times!The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful.
  : The token system for the drinks and the fact there didn't appear to be enough bar staff in the evenings as there were long ques to get a drink.

  : Pineda de Mar is a beautiful little town in a lovely part of the world. At the Splash Pineda, the staff are really friendly, it has nice facilities and rooms. Lots of pool options, able to borrow towels. Staff spoke good English but allowed us to practise our Spanish and Catalan too.
  : Breakfast could maybe do with a rethink. Cooking and keeping the food under hot plates meant everything was a bit hard from the cooked breakfast. Coffee wasnt good (from a machine). We were there bed and breakfast and in the end went out for a lovely coffee and pastry from the local cafes. Great restaurants in Pineda too.

  : The pools were great for kids, slides were great fun. The entertainment for the kids was brilliant and all of the the entertainers were lovely. The food was nice, something for everyone. You pay 4 star you get 4 star food. The hotel is lovely and clean and staff are happy to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people with young families its great. The town around is very Spanish (which is what i like), there is not much nightlife, if that's what you are looking for you wont find it in Pineada but we went with the kids so this didn't bother us. There is a few lovely restaurants in the town and down the road in Callella.
  : The only thing i would say is that there are not enough sunbeds in the hotel for the amount of people that stay there. You have to get down to the pool around half 8 to get a sunbed. The rooms are a bit on the small side if you have a big family but they are very clean and nice and modern. The room for the entertainment in the night is very very hot but it is August so its expected and there are a lot of people that stay in the hotel. This did not affect our holiday in any way but i think people should know before they go. Also they have a cocktail menu with cocktails you have to pay for and certain drinks you have to pay for but I think that's the same in most hotels now. If you are all inc you get the drinks you have to pay for at half price. We didn't pay for many drinks at all maybe the odd cocktail. Also If you re-use your bath towels you will collect water points which you can hand in and get free cocktails and other drinks. I think its 6 tokens for a free cocktail. i used all mine at the end of my holiday so that was good.
