  : There was no breakfast. Location was no big deal. In a neighborhood.
  : Kitchen sink was stopped up. Poorly furnished. TV and internet did not work. Was promised a replacement router would be delivered and never was.

  : There was a lot of space and ample furniture and beds for the 10 people we had staying with us (although the beds were older and not comfortable).
  : We believe owner was monitoring and adjusting heat setting through a nest app on the morning we were scheduled to check out when temps were in the 30s. We woke to a freezing house and saw the setting was changed to 60 when we had set it at 72 the night before. Also, lots of extension cords and power strips running all throughout the house plugged into each other - didn't seem very safe. No instructions on how to use gas fireplace or propane firepit; could not get fireplace to work and firepit was not connected properly and needed to be maneuvered to work.
