  : sadly we didnt know it was literally the LAST day of the season- and so the pool and gym werent available.

  : Wonderful location, high quality accommodation. Been coming here many years in a row, always very happy with it. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
  : Breakfast has room for improvement because it has many sugary options but not a lot on the healthier side, like fresh fruit and vegetables. Coffee also could be much better.

  : The hotel has a good location, walking distance from the small city center. The resort is nicely build but it look a bit old/outdated now from the furnitures. The view from the room, the pool, the breakfast area is amazing - the things we liked the most from this hotel. The cleaness of the rooms every day is very good. Despite rooms are quite close, in the evening it is quite and guest respect a lot each-other.
  : This resort is overrated for a 5 star, it could max be a 4 star. As stated above, furnitures in the room are old and outdated (despite the bed is ok, comfortable). The rooms have no coffee machine and the minibar is empty - only a bottle of water available at the arrival. There is no direct access to the sea which is a big downgrade for us. They collaborate with another small private beach for the which the hotel given you vouchers, but it is a mediocre place and the sun beds of the hotel are actually over the grass not in the seaside. We ended up paying 15 euro extra there for a cabana. The staff with their limited english tries to be gentle and supportive, but they are slow and the food/your order can delay up to 45 min, which annoyed us sometimes. They also need to change the uniforms of the staff because it was very hot there - something lighter - like shorts, sneakers/sandals, t-shirt. The food was ok but not impressive, particularly if you compare it price/quality. Breakfast had varieties (especially of Pies and Eggs), but still not impressive- limited fruits and limited cheeses ( you had to specifically ask for greek cheese). Lastly, it says it is a Resort and Spa but you have to pay for the Spa and for the Gym extra - 10 euro/ per person/ each time. We havent seen this before - obviously you have to pay for massages but for the Spa - this disappointed us also. Overall is a nice stay, but not 5 star. If it was a less star hotel we would have rated a bit higher.

  : Very nice and accommodating staff and room service. Very Clean and Comfy Room's. The bathroom always felt hygienic and clean. Also the facilities including the pool and gym was very clean and well maintained. Our Deluxe Junior Suite was big and we had plenty of room to rest. The view from the pool side and teraces was very beautiful. Plenty of parking space and very good wifi coverage and speed.
  : Overall it was great and there is no real deal breaker. There were just small minor things that didnt bothered us much. We felt that our Deluxe Junior Suite was a little bit too dark in the bathroom and even in the room itself, making it little bit difficult to shave or doing make up. The TV in our room could get a modernization. Best would be to install a Smart TV to be able to use Streaming Services / Youtube or at least have more channels (one for Kids for example). The selection in the breakfast buffet was the same every day.
