  : View from the balcony was very nice, bathrooms were updated and spacious as well as the room, the room was very large and spacious with a very nice presentation.
  : Instead of a regular queen size bed, the beds were two twin size beds put together, but not held together. My partner and I were sleeping in two completely different beds essentially. Bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Much of the hallways smelled of cigarettes due to many people who stayed here smoke. Only one of the three elevators were working at the time of stay, difficult to find lounge chairs pool side since people would leave their towels on a chair from 8am all day and not return to their lounge chair although there is a sign that says you aren't allowed to reserve seats. Buffet food had some good selections but fruits were not fresh, Drinks were watered down and not what was advertised, when asking for a pia colada, instead of a nicely blended drink, it was simply watered down pia colada mix and alcohol.

  : The room is big and comfy with a modern deco and lovely balcony. The location is convenient for the beach and public transportation. The buffet is diverse and decent. There is theme night almost every night with different ingredients and seasoning.
  : The noise, it is almost unbearable. They blast out loud 80's music in the pool during the day and loud karaoke or what ever event that is in the nigh, every night. This is not a hotel for the light sleeper.

  : Excellent swimming pools and pool area. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. If you want a quiet part of the hotel, book a deluxe room as it can be a bit noisy beside the pool area. Most areas walkable from hotel. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach.
  : The shower leaked over the bathroom floor and the flush button for the toilet needed properly fixing to the wall, but it didnt impact the enjoyment of my stay.

  : The hotel is huge, consequently there are small queues for drinks at the bar, and long queues at peak times for the buffets. Sun beds are at a premium

  : The food was nice, there's quite a lot of choice, an the desserts were tasty. The room was clean an spacious. Good view from the balcony!. Overall nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, would return.
  : The room wasn't ready to check into on arrival had to wait, was allowed to go for lunch whilst waiting ( lunch was good ).. There's a 50euro deposit which wasn't returned within the 3 days they said. But was eventually returned. Would be better if had lactose free options on the food, sauces etc.
