  : Apartment size was great. Pool was spacious, clean and not crowded. We had 2 bathrooms, and staff was responsive to small glitch we had with a shower head. There is a gated car parking available at the hotel
  : The sea view was kind of partially ruined by view of unfinished construction and big gravel parking in front of the beach. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. There is a car parking available, and you have to give a deposit for the remote control, which I undrstand. The parking is not covered. There is another parking in the basement, but it was not available although I was ready to pay additionally for it. Deposit is paid for getting the beach towels.

  : The swimming pool is the best feature of the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and with plenty of sunloungers available. We had a two bedroom apartment which was actually one bedroom and then the lounge/kitchen / living space had a bed in it too, but that was absolutely fine and worked well for us as a family. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were cleaned daily with a change of beds and towels half way through our stay, which was great. The balconies were spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
  : Check in was a little confusing as there are 2 reception areas and you naturally walk in at the unmanned desk, so a few more signs would be a good idea to point you in the right direction. The pool had a little cafe which serves drinks and ice cream which was fab, but it would have been absolutely perfect if it had also done light bites too. We managed fine though and on pool days we ordered a gyros or a pizza on Glovo to be deliveredThe beach is directly opposite the hotel, just a short walk away, but that part is very busy and playing loud music all the time, however if you walk to the left (as you look out to sea) about 5 mins there are loads of more family friendly restaurants and beaches, though the beaches were too busy every day to get a sunbed so that was the only problem, but we expected it being August. We kept walking round the bend and found a really quiet pebble beach cove which we easily got a bed on. The waters were clear.. beautiful. Would be handy if the hotel had given us a map of the area when we checked in, showing us where the supermarket, bakery, good restaurants etc were.

  : It was smelling very often in the corridor and while apartaments when somebody smoke cigarettes in front of the door to the swimming pool.Very bad smell from chemical housekeeping use. Very strong.

  : The location and the pool looked good. We were not able to use the pool as we were threatened to leave or the police would be called.
  : I would like to express my deep disappointment with the service provided at this property. The receptionist, who refused to provide her name, exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism. Despite having booked two rooms and paid upon arrival, we were subjected to an ordeal due to our 7-month-old baby sleeping during check-in time. Instead of accommodating our situation, the receptionist chose to loudly demand that we vacate the room immediately, causing great embarrassment.Her demeanor was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful, resorting to raising her voice in front of other guests at the pool area. This behavior was not only uncalled for but also completely unwarranted. She threatened to involve the police if we didn't leave right away, an unprecedented level of unprofessionalism.Furthermore, the lack of hot water in one of our rooms was a significant inconvenience. Despite attempting to report the issue, no one was available at reception that night. The receptionist's suggestion to call was impossible as there were no phones in the room and no one present to answer a call. Throughout our interaction, she maintained her rude and aggressive behavior, leaving us feeling utterly disheartened by the service we received.The experience at what was supposed to be a 4-star establishment fell far below even the most basic expectations. We were left with no choice but to vacate the room immediately, disrupting our baby's sleep. To our disbelief, we were even asked to leave the pool area, under the pretext of no longer being guests. Despite the availability of space for "new guests," the receptionist was adamant about our departure, suggesting a discriminatory motive.The promise of a relaxing stay was shattered by the receptionist's appalling behavior and the lackluster service. She was provided what is possible the worst service I have ever encountered.
