  : The staff made the place and were very accommodating. The room was clean and tidy with good AC and a good view of the lake. There was a private terrace for guest with table and chairs for guest that had a view of the lake. People have complained about traffic noise, we didn't have a problem with noise and had a good night sleep. Breakfast was good.
  : The evening food was ok, I think they were pre made meals. The car park is on the other side of a busy road on a bend, caution is required. There are 2 paths down to the lake, one is shorter but steep and the other no so steep but longer, it's a good 10 minutes climb.

  : The surrounding is very beautiful. Laglio is a calm and clean neighbourhood in which you can find pretty much everything you need from a couple days stay at Como. The staff is very nice and always helpful. We were shown our room and the shared bathroom. The bathroom was always clean and we were also provided with basic hygiene products as well as two towels each. Each room is additionally equipped with a tap - which made it easy to wash your hands or teeth. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - croissants, breads, toasts, yogurts, jams, Nutella, hams and cheeses.
  : The location although beautiful tends to be quite noisy as the room is located right above the main street. It is advisable to use the provided earplugs. The breakfast although magnificent was missing the basic product - bread - two out of three times weve eaten.

  : Our room had a great view over the lake, and it was clean and tidy. The hotel is basically in the bus stop, so it's easily accessible by bus. The room we chose was cheaper than most places in the area of lake Como and absolutely worth it's price.
  : It was a bit cold and blowy in the night (October) but there was an extra duvet available. I don't recommend having lunch/dinner in the "restaurant" part if you're on a budget.
