  : Large pool Big balconies with nice view
  : It needs some SERIOUS TLC. Things were falling apart. Hardly any of the lights worked. Towel rails falling out of the walls. Cold showers every day. Sun beds were so ripped we couldnt even lay on them. Looks like someone had punched through the bedroom door. Garden has potential to be beautiful, but has just been left.

  : The host was very kind and brought us figs every morning and welcomed us with a bottle of wine on the table. In addition, the a/c freezes immediately. The house in general was clean, except for the pool which had sand. The advantage was that it had a shower outside and you could shower before entering the pool.
  : The windows didn't lock, the bathroom water was hot only for 2 people, the other 2 people showered with cold water. Also, some drawers had broken knobs. Moreover, the bbq almost collapsed and there was no light where it was. Generally, the house needs partial renovation and replenishment of some things.

  : Good location as you can walk to restaurants in Polis.Pool was well cared for. A nice gesture of a bottle of wine on table and water in the fridge.
  : Lack of facilities. No fish slice/ egg Turner for cooking eggs for breakfast, no washing powder, milk..... it was the few things that should be included for a short stay. Otherwise holiday makers have to buy a box which they are not going to use. No kitchen roll . Lack of glasses and plates and cups. Definately not enough to accommodate for 6 people. Villa needs modernising ....it could do with a good british builder making the place look cared for!! Showers did not work properly, plug hole rusty.The bbq was nearly falling apart ... tray had large gaps , so you need to buy a better grill to cook sausages on or they will fall down hole. We bought one and took it home.Beware ... a villa opposite is being modernised so sometimes a digger is constantly working... not very peaceful if you want to spend the time by the pool

  : very nice place, very short distance to the city center, very quiet place, privacy, large property, lot of seating options, good facilities, large swimming pool, welcome drink and flowers
  : no sidewalk to the beach, had to walk by the road (but not frequent), mattress was very tough not very comfortable
