  : Breakfast was great. Access to the beach was great. Employees at the beach hut were very accommodating and nice to work with.
  : Sliding door to balcony did not work when we got there. Maintenance man got the door to open. Put some WD40 on the track. It helped some but door did not open easily at all. I thought I was locked out one time.. Luckily my granddaughter came back to room and helped me get the door open. The couch in our room was trash. Desperately needs to be replaced.

  : The location was great and front desk staff friendly. The restaurant was delicious and access to the beach and pool were excellent. We loved the music and outdoor seating. Kids loved the beach and pool.
  : Our washer/dryer did not work. We had to ask twice to get it looked at, maintenence pressed a different setting and said it would work, and the error code appeared again before the cycle ended. Maintenance didn't return. There is required valet parking that we were not aware of, which was nice, but we didn't expect the expense. Breakfast was okay. Many things were an additional cost. We stayed for 4 days. The first two days (we arrived the morning of the first day), we did not need room service. The third day we needed room service, but they never came. The bathroom door is difficult to keep shut. Our view is mostly of the dirty side of another building with a sliver of ocean. Overall, we're just unsatisfied with the amount we paid for what we got out of our stay.Updated to add: Maintenance eventually came back and brought a new machine. Our AC also went our during our stay. Thankfully it was fixed within an hour or so.

  : A couple of the staff members were very nice.
  : I really had high hopes when I chose this place to stay with my grandkids first ever visit to Florida. I was very disappointed.  The pool and everything close at 8 pm and a manager walks around and tells you to get out of the pool. While every Hotel/stay place around is open later with children and families having fun. You do get to watch all the at the nearby hotels from your balcony. I know fun, right?   Checked in with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got 2 towels and washcloths in the room for 4 people.  A bottle of water is 8$ and you can get the same one at the gas station 5 mins away for 2$.  The breakfast was not as good as expected.
