  : It was close to what we were coming to the area for.
  : Pool closed due to dirty cause needing a part supposedly. Shower didn’t drain. Out of most everything for breakfast. No manager on site due to her getting arrested day we checked in. So everyone in house keeping trying to help where they could. Employees looked unprofessional. Manager ended up being there when checking out. And was very unprofessional looking quite grossly appearance. And not organized and just a train wreck. Waiting for my full refund back. Embarrassed for that hotel. Could tell all employees were just scattered not knowing what to do.

  : nothing, bad food & service during our stay.
  : Switched rooms 1st night as air condition leaked water all over floor, they put us in 2nd room that was being renovated, beds were all tore up, Shades to windows were pulled down. Phone in room did not work in 1st room. 3rd room, remote to TV did not work, buttons would not work only on & off, told front desk needed new remote, did not get. Ice machines on ALL floors did not work. Stayed 4 nights, never got our room cleaned even 1 time. Had to go to front desk every night to get more towels. Breakfast was very little, juice machine had no juices, Breakfast had very little eggs, potatoes, sausage. No one was there to see if breakfast area needed more food or drinks. Only did breakfast for 2 days as both days were pretty bad.When checking out, told manager of our dissatisfaction, she did not care only gave excuse they had only 2 people working & could only clean 10 rooms a day!!! How about servicing the guests that are staying by making up beds & giving fresh towels. Horrible service, employees just roamed around in street clothes, no name tags or hotel shirts being worn, did not know who were guests or employees. WILL NEVER STAY AT A LaQuinta By Wyndham AGAIN!!!

  : The room had no TV well there was a TV but there was no cable so we couldn't watch TV the pool was nasty green but the breakfast was okay and the beds were so comfortable.

  : When I got there the hotel canceled my reservation, because I couldn't meet the check in time by 3:00pm would not recommend that hotel to anyone wanting to stay in ponca city ok

  : The hotel La Quinta by Wyndham Ponca City should be removed from being an active property. It is seriously neglected and the health code inspector was there writing them up! No one was there upon arrival, with cleaning members scrambling to check us in. The AC was out throughout the hotel, nothing stocked in the store, TV’s out, pool was green, rooms were filthy (I was put in a room with a very dirty bathroom) and there was no other staff other than cleaning. It took 2 hours for someone to show up as the “manager”, and act as the supposed staff. No one seemed to know what they were doing and acted so unprofessional, cussing each other out, unable to find clean rooms. Safety became a real issue… and we did not feel comfortable staying at a place so unkempt and disorganized. Walking to find a clean room with a health inspector is beyond unacceptable… and there wasn’t a clean room to find! This hotel should not be active or listed. It is nothing as advertised! We had to stay elsewhere after hours of wasted time. The most appalling and scary experience I’ve ever had going to a hotel, and this is a national chain.

  : TV’s non operational, previous room occupants had left behind an empty whiskey bottle and coat hanger in the floor, which were missed during cleaning.
