: Very good breakfast, lots of choices, and also a nice location for a dinner. Staff very friendly. House, garden and (small) pool are really beautiful and well maintained.
: Our room was relatively small and humid (thats a general issue on the Azores though). The price for the room was too high - However it is an outstanding property, so we chose it anyway.

: The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Such a beautiful hotel, we felt immediately relaxed when we came in. We also had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious.
: We were so excited about the jacuzzi in the greenhouse! It was incredibly beautiful, but the water didnt get very hotmore like a heated pool than a jacuzzi. Still lovely, but a bit different than we expected.

: The breakfast was amazing, great way to start the day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We had arrived late in the evening when the kitchen was closed, but we were still able to order room service. We also made a dinner reservation one night, and the food & service were delightful. The pineapple greenhouse tour was so informative!
: Wished the toiletries included conditioner.
